Here is the standard train of West Wales the Diesel Multiple Unit. 153303 and 158830 pass Pwll with the 06:19 Carmarthen to Cardiff Central and are caught by the rising sun.

The only daily freight train west of Llanelli passes Pwll. It is only possible to photograph this train in the high summer months as it normally runs in darkness in both direstions.
